Our activities range from camping to concerts, from casual to formal.  Originally called Queen Anne Singles, our group formed on Queen Anne Hill in 1994.

Over the years our membership grew, strong bonds of friendship formed, a few singles became couples, and several couples married. 

Eventually we decided to call ourselves Queen Anne Singles & Friends to better reflect the group's membership.  And now, despite the original "Queen Anne" in our name, we welcome members from all over the greater Seattle area.  Our activities are often planned in advanced - but sometimes spur-of-the-moment.  Initiated and hosted by individual members of the group, typical activities include:

• concerts, movies and plays
• hikes
• breakfast followed by walk around Green Lake
• TGIF happy hours
• book club gatherings
• discussion groups
• beach party/BBQ
• potluck dinners
• monthly restaurant dinners
• holiday celebrations
• weekend getaways
